1. Can I have proofs of my product?

Yes. We usually offer an on-screen proof or a digitally printed hard copy proof. A sample fee may be collected for the hard copy proof, and part of the sample cost is refundable. Customers can also request an offset printed hard copy proof.

2. Do you have your own factory?

Yes. We have our own factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, close to the Ningbo and Shanghai ports.

3. How do you ensure product quality?

We use advanced equipment with daily on-time maintenance to ensure good printing and cutting quality, and we have a professional quality inspection team to ensure every shipment is qualified.

4. How do you ensure the product is accurate?

After confirming the order, we send you the design draft for confirmation. The production sample is then confirmed again before mass production begins.

5. How can I get samples? Are samples charged? How long does shipping take?
  • Send an inquiry to contact the account manager and request samples.
  • Stock samples are free; produced samples are charged according to your requirements, and the sample fee is refunded according to the order amount.
  • Samples are sent within 7–14 days.
  • The sample will be a random stock sample, not a custom sample, and may not be the same as the listed product. Please contact our sales team for more details.
6. How long will it take to ship?

It depends on the shipping method. Express shipping usually takes 4–12 days, sea shipment takes 20–30 days, and train shipment to Europe takes 25–35 days.

7. What is the minimum order quantity?

The general order quantity is 200 pcs. We also accept orders below 200 pcs; however, due to setup costs, the unit price will be higher for small quantities.

8. If I place an order with you, do I need to pay the import fee?

It depends on the terms. Under DDP terms, we take care of the import fee. Under other terms, you need to handle customs clearance yourself.
