1. Can I have proofs of my product?

Yes, we usually offer on-screen proofs or digitally printed hard copy proofs. A sample fee may apply for hard copy proofs, and part of the sample cost is refundable. Customers can also request offset-printed hardcopy proofs.

2. Do you have your own factory?

Yes, we have our own factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, close to the Ningbo and Shanghai ports.

3. How do you ensure product quality?

We use advanced equipment with daily on-time maintenance to ensure good printing and cutting quality. A professional quality inspection team also ensures that each shipment is qualified.

4. How do you ensure that the product is accurate?

After confirming the order, we send you the design draft for confirmation. The production sample is confirmed again before mass production is carried out.

5. How do I get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does sample shipping take?

  1. Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request samples.
  2. Stock samples are free; custom-produced samples are charged according to your requirements. The sample fee will be refunded according to the order amount.
  3. Samples will be sent within 7–14 days.

6. How long will shipping take?

It depends on the shipping method. Express shipping usually takes 4–12 days. Sea shipment takes 20–30 days. Train shipment to Europe takes 25–35 days.

7. What is the minimum order quantity?

The general order quantity is 200 pcs. However, we also accept orders below 200 pcs — due to setup costs, the unit price will be higher for small quantities.

8. If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?

It depends on the terms. Under DDP terms, we take care of the import fee. Under other terms, you need to handle customs clearance yourself.
